What we collect

We collect your name, email, mobile number and, for personalised drops, your chosen initials to manage your reservation and arrange payment and collection. For engraving approvals, we also keep the approval time, exact order details and the text of the agreement you accepted.

How we use it

Authorised TDR staff use these details to contact you, confirm your order, arrange payment, manage engraving and collection, and resolve booking issues. Booking messages are operational; this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

When email sending is connected, our email provider processes the contact information and reservation details needed to deliver these messages. We do not collect payment-card details on this website.

Your private link

Anyone holding your reservation link can view and manage your booking, including giving order approval. Keep it private. For corrections or a request to remove your contact information, contact the TDR team through your booking conversation or at the collection location shown on your ticket. We retain booking and approval records while needed to complete your order, resolve enquiries and meet applicable obligations. You can also contact TDR about your records.

Test bookings

Bookings labelled “test” are for reviewing the website. They do not hold physical merchandise, authorise real engraving or send customer emails.
