Before it’s yours.

Please review these terms before reserving. Your private ticket records the exact order details and the agreement you approve before engraving.

1. Reserve a place

A successfully saved reservation holds one available piece at The Daily Rise. Opening the page or starting the form does not hold stock. A waitlist entry is not a reservation. This website is a booking mechanism; it does not take payment. Preview bookings do not hold physical stock.

2. Confirm before engraving

For personalised items, The team will review your booking and contact you to confirm the order. You will be asked to check the exact initials, their placement beneath THE DAILY RISE on the front, the full price and these terms. Engraving is not authorised by the initial reservation. It is authorised only when you approve the order through your private confirmation page.

3. Payment and collection

Once the team confirms your order, they will contact you directly to agree the payment method and timing. This website does not specify a payment method or take payment. Giving final approval commits you to purchase the personalised piece at the displayed price; it does not authorise an automatic charge.

Collect from the stated TDR location within the collection window shown in your approval. The window begins when the team tells you your item is ready, and your private ticket shows the exact deadline in Dubai time. Keep your contact details accurate and let the team know promptly if you cannot collect as arranged.

4. Changes and cancellation

Before your final approval, you can cancel using your private reservation link or ask the team to correct your initials. Once you give final approval, your personalised order cannot be cancelled and the approved initials cannot be changed. Please check every letter before approving. This cancellation policy is subject to the legal rights described below.

A confirmed personalised item stays assigned to you. Contact the team promptly about a product issue or difficulty collecting. These terms do not authorise an automatic card charge or a separate no-show fee.

5. Your rights

These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for an incorrect, defective or misdescribed item. Tell TDR about any issue promptly so the team can assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy. Personalisation does not remove these rights.

6. Availability and waitlists

Reservations are limited to one piece per email address and mobile number for each drop. Available unpersonalised pieces may be offered to the next person on the waitlist. An offer must be claimed before its stated deadline. Unconfirmed collection holds may expire; confirmed personalised orders remain assigned to their customer for staff follow-up.

7. Your record and contact details

Your approval time, initials, price and the text you accepted are recorded on your private ticket. Keep this link private. Booking communications are separate from marketing, and your details are handled as described in our privacy notice. Contact The Daily Rise at the pickup location on your ticket or reply to the team’s booking conversation.
